These terms apply to this website and its waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. They're short, because the site does one thing.

1. What this site is

BloomKin is a private daily reflection garden — an app currently being built. This site describes it and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you.

2. The waitlist

• Joining places your email on our early-access list. It does not guarantee access on a particular date; we open the garden gradually.
• Founding-gardener benefits described on this site (early access, a founder's bloom, input into what we build) will be honoured for waitlist members as described at the time you joined, in the form we reasonably implement them at launch.
• You may leave the waitlist at any time via any email's unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

3. Not medical advice

BloomKin is a wellbeing ritual, not a medical or mental-health service. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, or advises on any condition. If you are in crisis, contact Tele-MANAS 14416 (India), 988 (US), Samaritans 116 123 (UK), or your local emergency services.

4. Our content

Everything on this site — Barnaby and all character art, the films, the garden world, the text, and the BloomKin name — belongs to us. Please don't copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission. Sharing links to this site, or screenshots in the ordinary social way, is welcome.

5. Your ideas

If you answer our optional questions or send us suggestions, you give us permission to use those ideas to build and improve BloomKin, without payment or attribution. We won't publish your words with your name attached without asking you first.

6. Fair use of the site

Please don't submit emails that aren't yours, automate submissions, scrape the site, or attempt to disrupt the waitlist. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.

7. No warranties; limited liability

The site and waitlist are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the UK and elsewhere, statutory consumer rights, and liability for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you use this site as a consumer in another country (such as the UK or the US), you keep any protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as BloomKin grows; the date above always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be announced to waitlist members by email.
